Terms & Conditions

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

2. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan and any add-ons you select.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide (text, images, business information). You grant us a license to host, process, display, and modify it as needed to operate the Services (including AI generation and editing). You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to break the law; infringe others’ rights; publish malicious, deceptive, or unlawful content; send spam; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services; or resell the Services except through an authorized white-label/agency plan.

5. AI-generated output

web0n uses AI to generate and edit content. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it goes live, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business.

6. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third parties (for example a CRM platform, WordPress, payment processing, and analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, design, and trademarks, are owned by RocketOpp LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our IP except the limited right to use the Services per your plan.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RocketOpp LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. See our Liability Release for more.

10. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Use the support page.
