Information from connected services: if you connect a CRM sub-account, WordPress site, or payment method, we receive the tokens and data needed to provide the Service (for example a location ID, site URL, or Stripe customer ID).

2. How we use information

To build, host, and operate your website; to generate and edit content using AI; to provide support; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to send transactional and service emails; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to improve the Services.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI processing

web0n uses AI to generate and edit website content and to power support and site chat. Prompts and the content you ask us to work with are sent to our AI provider to produce a response. We do not use your private content to train third-party foundation models.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf under contract, including: our hosting and database provider, our AI provider, our payment processor (Stripe), our CRM platform (for contacts, tasks, and email delivery), and analytics providers. Each receives only what is needed to perform its function.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
