Liability Release
Last updated July 3, 2026
This Liability Release describes the limits of RocketOpp LLC’s (“web0n”, “we”, “us”) responsibility and your agreement to release us from certain claims. It supplements our Terms & Conditions.
1. Assumption of risk
You use the Services — including AI-generated websites, content, hosting, integrations, and automations — at your own risk. You are responsible for how you configure and publish your site and for the business decisions you make based on it.
2. Release of claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge RocketOpp LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including content published, data loss or downtime, third-party integrations, and lost profits or business.
3. Limitation of liability
In no event will our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RocketOpp LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these terms or any law or third-party right.
5. Third-party services
We are not responsible for outages, changes, data handling, or actions of third-party services the Services rely on or connect to (for example a CRM platform, WordPress, payment processing, hosting, AI providers, or analytics).
6. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of infrastructure or third-party providers, acts of God, or government action.
